About Us

CII & E (Centre for Innovation, Incubation & Entrepreneurship) of PSGCAS and Entrepreneurship Development Cell of our college has been extended as PSGCAS – Business Incubation Centre and PSGCAS – Institution Innovation Council which was inaugurated on 4th April 2019 by 3.30 pm at EDC hall II floor of Hostel Office building, PSGCAS. The Centre was inaugurated by Thiru R. Ramamurthy, President CODISSIA, who gave the Inaugural Address and incepted the centre. Dr. T. Kannian, Secretary felicitated the programme with his presence for the opening ceremony and Dr. D. Brindha Principal of the college presided over the function. The Incubatees of PSGCAS Business Incubation Centre – Students of the college with promising business ideas presented their ideas to the guests. The other guests for the programme were Dr. K Sureshkumar, General Manager, PSG STEP and Mr. R. Krishnakumar, Former Dean and Coordinator-EDC, PSGCAS with EDC members and other faculty members of the college. After opening ceremony, Lighting of lamp and interaction about project ideas with incubates, the formal programme commenced at Sangamam Hall. Chief Guest Thiru R. Ramanurthy, Dr. D. Brindha, Principal, Dr. Sureshkumar K, PSG STEP, Mr. R. Krishnakumar felicitated the incubates and insisted on importance of such initiatives in Higher Education institutions to promote Start-up ventures, motivate student Entrepreneurship and promotion of Innovation and innovative research focus in campus. Guests and Members appreciated the effort of EDC in bringing up such a facility in the campus.
